I am seeing a few players who keep making the wrong decision. You can be playing in an unfamiliar system but you shouldn't be roostering up a 4 vs 2 situation. Sanchez, Winks, Dele and Lo Celso need to wake up. They are the seniors in this team.

Why not? Vitesse consists of relative unknowns even compared to our 2nd stringers that feature a number of internationals. They are quite a young and hence inexperienced team too and I read here that the 7 transfer-ins were all loans and free transfers: https://us.soccerway.com/teams/netherlands/sbv-vitesse/1530/transfers/

if our second stringers can't do better than them then its clear evidence we lack quality depth.

That said, which of these players might be able to move in seemlessly for the other guy from Saturday without a drop in performance? Lo Celso for ndombele perhaps, Tanganga for Emerson,...thats about it. Perhaps Gil for Moura in a few months time
