I don't see why 160k would not fit in to our structure - Ndombele is supposed to have come in on 200k which says to me is our allowance for marquee signings

I am so over all this with players forcing things, wages being sky high etc. We all know there is zero loyalty now. When Teddy left, I was sad. When Modric tried to force his way out to Chelsea I was sad, When Berba sulked I was sad. Its all meh now.

If he wants to go. Then I say let him. Just we have to get an offer that suits his level. He is the top Striker in the Prem. He is worth 150m. Simple. So they pay thay or he stays. Surely het gets that?

But what I think he should be doing though is still training. Like Grealish is. That is the kind of thing that irks me these days. You are getting paid and signed a contract. We know you want to leave but you still have a job to do right? right?

I think you mean what has he said that’s been right? He hasn’t called one thing all summer and flip flopped wherever the latest Spurs link is just like everyone else for clicks.

My favourite is that he uses the excuse that he’s on holiday whenever something happens at Spurs that he hasn’t called. Maybe once upon a time he had some great contacts but since I’ve been paying attention to him the last year or so he’s as poor as the rest of them. He gives some safe info like ‘Scarlett has trained really well and is highly thought of within Spurs’ that makes it appear as if he’s really well connected, but when it comes to sensitive stuff? He’s no better than anyone else. But hey, if you think what he says is gospel then good luck to you - just saying what I’ve seen from him….

Imagine for a second we lived in a fantasy world where City splash out the £150m or so from their bottomless pockets to sign Kane, only to get hit hard for massive FFP breaches and relegated to league one/thrown out of the CL. Now that would be Carlsberg stuff.
