Players are part of this, it’s Jose’s system but the lack of movement, being able to make a pass, showing for the ball is all down to the players

Why is there a lack of movement? What is being done in training to address it?
From what I can see Sissoko and PEH are so close to the backline they might as well be part of it. It leaves no out ball into midfield.
