Difficult to predict this game. If Burnley channel their inner Burnleyness it could be very tough. If we play well and get the first goal fairly early it could be a different story.A real potential banana skin. It is an acid test to show we are not DrTottenham but realistic challengers. I still think the loss to Burnley was the beginning of the end for the Poch era. We owe these boogers. We need a good strong performance throughout the side. We need three points. We need to see if some of our players can play on a wet Monday night in Burnley. No excuses please.
TEAM NEWS

Ben Mee is back in training but not yet ready to feature, Erik Pieters is a doubt with a calf problem and Bailey Pearooster-Farrell and Jack Cork are out.
Tottenham head coach Jose Mourinho will restore his first-team regulars after resting them for the Europa League.
Eric Dier faces a fitness test on the hamstring injury that has caused him to miss their last two matches.
Jose also noted that recent results had been hampered by some seriously brick OMTs, but none as bad as this one.
Is Pearooster really a name? I wonder how it came about? Answers on a postcard , please.

Pressure is on, hopefully the players react well.
Rodon will be interesting. To what extent it's forced if he does start I guess we'll never know.Yes, hopefully the fact that the ground is empty will make it an easier place to go to.
I worry about our CBs and their bully-boy CFs. Sanchez is a 5 stone weakling so not the ideal starter - wonder whether Rodon has a shot at playing, partly because he's 6 foot 4, partly because of CBs have been cr@p so far this season and partly because we have another game on Thurs.
Regarding Thurs and our CB combinations, I doubt Dier would play in both (or either) given his recent injury and Toby probably can't play 2 games in 72 hours. Perhaps that leads to to Dier and Rodon today (if Dier is fit) and Toby and Sanchez on Thurs. I assume Tanganga will be eased back in given how long he's been out for
Leads me to:
------------------------------Lloris--------------------------------
---Doherty--------Dier---------------Rodon------------Davies--
-----------------Hojbjerg-------------Sissoko--------------------
--------------------------Used-to-be-Tubby-----------------------
--------Bergwijn-----------Kane----------------Son----------------
I think he'll save Bale for 70-80 mins on Thurs, and similarly I expect GLC to be on the bench and eased back in. I'd pick our physically strongest fullbacks today, even though Aurier and Reguilon have been better so far this season
