Have to agree...There's this buccaneering way of overdoing everything which tends to get him injured more than anything, it certainly doesn't seem to provide much end product. I also make it two yellows for bad dives this game and the last, not saying he is the only one but it's not cool in my book.

I'm sure the tackle he made in our box got a massive cheer but it was risky, trying to undo a few mistakes with something rash like that isn't always the best idea.

At least he was trying to make things happen. Too many players were static and passing sideways tonight. Had a cracking shot on goal too and a few other efforts. Not everything came off, but when will it?

Give me five performers like Rose tonight compared to say Moura (who has been excellent lately) or Trippier as a more direct contrast.

Came on, made space, no one passed to him, not his fault, shielded off defenders to try and make space and did more than Llorente to make things happen.

People slating the bloke because of Diers reaction is abit sad really, the lads not played for 20 months and Dier needs to look at himself and where he is in the pecking order seeing as the original joke of the month Mr Sissoko now bricks on him for a place.

It always feels better moaning about decisions if the result has gone your way (cheers Chris), 1 minute of added time in the first half is an absolute fudging joke.

This will be badly worded but to me it has to be a rule that any minutes that were due to added because of time-wasting should be scratched off if your team is now losing....I don't have any ill feeling towards Brighton for playing the way they did, but fudge me the refs have to start applying common sense..

Spot on. I want BHA to stay up, for Chrissy boy as much as anything, but the ref pussied out on way too many occasions.

Are we all sure from Dier's body language that he's laughing at VJ coming on and not because of a fart or not because he finally got a joke told to him last week?

Ok if he was he is a clam if not then I take it back.

I am all for people working hard and coming back once working hard and given a chance. Fair play to the lad

Did you go?

I am on train on way home.

Wanted to beat the rush, the is a golden rule for you, dont leave early. I often do for night matches due to public transport.

Got to say is great we won even if i missed the goal. But GHod damn we looked out of ideas to me. My biggest issue was the bench, home to brighton and we had 3 defenders and a defensive midfielder(sparks i think is that) we should have had Parrott and Maghoma on the bench.

Anyway a win is a win.
