Can't rest our team for this game. Play KWP and Foyth and watch us struggle and lose 1-0.

Full strength side bar any injuries and we might win by 2 goals.
Just to be clear. Even if Pochettino thinks that playing a full strength side today will mean a smaller chance of progressing on Wednesday you think we should play a full strength team today?

I think we have 7 big games left (possibly more if we progress) so what's the point in resting players. Play your best team possible in every game. So yes.

If big players can't play Saturday 1230 and Wednesday then they're lightweights. That said I don't think Poch will rest them anyway.

Ok. So i think that's where the difference of opinion is. I don't see anyone saying that KWP should start over Trippier because he's a better player.

I have no doubt they can play today and Wednesday. The question is does playing Tuesday, Saturday, Wednesday in total mean that a bit of tiredness can impact the performance on Wednesday. I think it could, but it depends.

Pochettino usually asks players to play when many on here think about rotation/rest. But we have also seen him rotate a bit in situations like this. He has a lot more knowledge about the players, where they are physically and the knocks they picked up against City. I wouldn't be surprised by a full strength team, but also wouldn't be surprised to see some rotation.

I hear you but KWP is third choice and if he was any good he would be starting, which he doesn't. He's only on the bench because Aurier is injured. Poch can't rate him that great (some Spurs fans don't rate Aurier or Tripps that well yet they start ahead of KWP) and I don't get the logic in starting a player that has made 2 or 3 appearances in 50 games when every single game is important to us now. I could be wrong and he wants to rotate today but I don't see anything good in KWP, he's not a top 4 prem standard player IMO.

We did well to beat Emirates Marketing Project in the CL quarter final first leg. Now we need to bring that feel good factor to our league matches. We have only won 1 out of our last 6 league matches. We badly need to improve our league form and win our remaining matches to finish in top 4 in the league. We do have a great record against Huddersfield, winning our last 3 league matches against them, scoring 8 without conceding any goals. We need to continue our good record against them to get another win in this match.

No doubt we are going to miss the injured Kane. After all, Kane scored both our goals when we beat Huddersfield 2-0 away earlier in the season. But with Kane not available, we need other players to step up and get us the goals. Son has scored 2 goals in our last 2 matches at our new stadium. Hope he will continue his goal scoring run in this match. Apart from Son, we also need others like Eriksen, Alli and Moura to help us get the goals as well. Eriksen has not been in good form recently but still has 1 goal and 2 assists in our last 2 matches. But dont want Eriksen to take our freekicks anymore as he can't even lift the ball above the defenders now. Alli badly needs to score more league goals as he has only got 5 league goals so far. Moura has 7 league goals but he needs to be more clinical in front of goal. Wish Lamela will be fit for this match as his creativity and work rate will help our attack greatly.

Our midfield have done well recently but they need to be more consistent and ruthless. Sissoko have been one of our best players this season but he still needs to tackle more and improve his finishing. Similiarly, Winks works hard but want him to tackle more to stop our opponents. It was encouraging to see Wanyama coming on late against Emirates Marketing Project. Hope he can be fully fit to play all our remaining matches. Won't mind if Dier gets involved in this match as he has not played much recently.

Our defence have kept the clean sheet in our last 2 matches. With due respect to Huddersfield, it will be disappointing if we don't keep the clean sheet in this match. Pochettino should have realized by now that our defence is best when we only have Alderweireld and Vertonghen playing. Sanchez and Foyth are too error-prone and makes our defence unstable. Not sure why we spend 42m on Sanchez as he doesn't have the same composure like Alderweireld or Vertonghen. We should do all our best to keep Alderweireld rather than replace him with unreliable players like Sanchez. Lloris has been inconsistent this season but still has made some great saves inluding saving 3 penalties. Hope he will be at his best for the rest of the season.

Surely, our CL quarter final second leg match against Emirates Marketing Project will be at the mind of all the players. There will be temptation to rest players against Huddersfield to prepare for the Emirates Marketing Project match. But want us to play all our best available players in this match. After all, resting players rarely works in our favour. Huddersfield are already relegated, so they will be all out to play for pride. Let's hope we will turn up with the right team and mentality to beat Huddersfield and stay in the top 4 race.

Everybody dance now!

We don't seem to have any easy matches nowadays. Can see this match being another tough match even if Huddersfield have nothing to play for. We need to get an early goal to help us settle our nerves and then go for more goals to kill the game off. Let's hope we will put up a good performance and get a convincing win to stay in the top 4 race.

Been saying this for years. 70k a week and they cant play 3 games in 8 days. Should pack in if they cant do it

Well, feels weird. First time back in North London for nearly 2 years. Really looking forward to seeing the new stadium Mrs. Wolf is absolutely buzzing.

Hopefully the team is going to perform again and make it a great day

Pretty sure KWP will start today. Pochittino wont play Trippier every match, today is the most likely fixture for KWP to feature, maybe along with the Brighton match. Just dont make too many changes.

We can move in to the champions league places, “IF” we manage to beat Huddersfield at home today apparently. According to the completely impartial geniuses at Sky Sports!
