Is it a lot of games? I mean we played 3 games to get to the Semis and have played 5 games total. You play 6 games to win it, same as the FA cup and much less than the 13 games you'd have to play to win the CL.

You make more money out of 3 CL group stage home games than you do by winning both domestic cups.

It’s gutting but from what I expected pre match and half time I have to say the team out there did great. If we’d picked that team with everyone fit we’d have been accused of throwing the match.

Concerned about Sissoko and Davies but Llorente has a goal to help his confidence.

Hopefully City smash them in the final and they drop some league points preparing for it.

I think it always seems like to me as the QF and SF are either side of the busy Christmas period. So the teams still in get less of a rest before/after.

Saying that: we only lost because of the amount of players missing. Very unlucky.
