Toby isnt even on the bench - we decided to just have a RB and no other defenders on the bench and pick a kid CF...that tells you something about his position at the club and/or relationship with Poch
 
Think the best we can hope for is that the previous 2 games start to play on their minds. We didnt need HT then, hopefully we start the way we finished, but we dont need to go gung-ho and get caught on the break, plenty of time left, 2-2 would still be a decent outcome

Jesus was in his own half when the ball was played.

It was 1 on 1, would have been a red card.

Sanchez just didn’t run fast enough.
 
Theory doing the rounds is that City have done their beans this season. That they can’t sustain the pressing/pressure at this stage of the season for full games etc. If ever that could be tested it would be by getting Son, Moura, and Wanyama on and having a pop at them on the big pitch.

I think it has already started happening, hence why Ederson was wasting time for his gk.

What a pathetic thing to do at 44 minutes when you're 1st playing 4th. Clearly the last week having an impact.
