You don't want to worry about that.
    Boris isn't.
The guy is unravelling before our eyes.

It's like his enthusiasm for the project has deteriorated, but he's happy for them to pay that wage for as long as they like.

Probably like Gordon brown's spending pledges. Recycled money.

I thought Poch would have been a good fit, they have fantastic young players but the money to sprinkle gold dust on top.

Think that Poch not getting a look in at these jobs shows he is not as highly rated as some of our fan base would like.

Arteta is riding on the coattails of Pep and Poch has done the square root of SFA in the big scene of things

if they think he’s the man why not go and get him now, why waste another season?

whatever you do don’t give another two years to a proven failure

They spend a lot of money, superstar kind of money, on players that are a level and two levels belov that. Examples are
    - every single defender they have bought,
    Bernardo, Jesus, Torres, Rodri

Even some of their supporters have realised that

I liked the comment "We need 5 or 6 world class players"

It's not easy working on such a limited budget as they are.

Reading through that Bluemoon thread you can see a lot of them get it.

Pep’s biggest weakness now is the same as it was at Barca, you have to be able to change your approach, at clubs with limitless funds it’s not enough to win most of the time, you have to win every time.

Why he gets lauded the way he does I don’t understand, he’s never built a great team, he’s had success with those he’s inherited and fail to move them forward.

Compare him to Ferguson, who built 3 great teams with 3 different systems and many different talisman.

A man who has supposedly evolved the game, hasn’t even evolved himself.

Obviously talented but hits a ceiling. Also how much of his success is him or having the players to adapt themselves mid game because of their quality.

Jose has his number and he refuses to adapt and that's a theme for his management, can't adapt

Any half decent coach would walk the league with the limitless resources at his disposal.

He is like the boy who plays Football Manager on his PC, but goes into the database and gives himself unlimited funds to basically play in cheat mode so he doesnt have to bother with all the boring stuff
