There’s been a few finals with issues over the past few years, people stealing tickets, breaking into the ground.

I’m sure there is a pattern to it, but I can quite think of the one thing in common those finals have

It's the police. The same ones that fudged up in Athens are now working in Paris.

Sounds more like a crowd management fudge up according to some journos there.

Surely they would have retired since 1989?

Reports said 60k Liverpool fans went to Paris, so that’s around 40k ticketless fans.

Why are they going? All they are doing is making it unsafe.

Shame the French cops are using tear gas when there is an obvious non-lethal option to distress and disperse Liverpool fans by simply playing the national anthem at them. On an accordion.

I have no idea whats going but some fans with tickets are taking over 2 hours to get in. Maybe because of those extra fans.

    Madrid fans managed it.

People will blame the police and security but everything is reliant on people being compliant like anything in life. Even an airport security would be over run if 30k people turned up without tickets on any given day, but thankfully the majority of the world are not like the dole dossers

I don’t see what you are getting at mate, Liverpool fans are upstanding citizens and always seem to be in the wrong place when others start trouble.
