If someone who's won as much as he has in world football is a clown, what does that make some second-rate journalist writing for the Standard?

Dan Kilpatrick has given a pretty sincere apology and apologised to Ange in this pod. Said he made a poor word choice.

Damage has already been done but at least it gave Ange a platform to show again how well he can speak, even when he has been insulted. He handled it well

Some people love the ajax SF and view it fondly, I can't, ultimately we lost. Had we won the CL final I would probably watch the whole knockout stages every month.

I, and I don't think I'm alone, am prepared to right off the season to win this trophy. I wouldn't for the carabao Cup and not sure I would for the F A cup, but for one year season I'd be happy to say fudge it the sacrifice in the league form is worth it.

Ah I don't believe you would love the win of any trophy less except perhaps the Peace cup?

The win of any trophy is great and we shouldn't grade them. 2008 was so memorable and the way we won it will always make it special -beating 2 huge London rivals both of whom at the time were better than us on paper. Love all the FA cup wins too. Ask any Palace fan or Saudi Sportswashing Machine fan about their cup wins this season. None of them would say they would rather have had the other trophy or a European one instead.
 
Worth remembering that clowns are nattily dressed entertainers that are extremely talented and make you laugh.

Ange isn't a clown in my mind.

Love the way that people are getting offended on Ange's behalf. As woke as it comes.

Can you imagine someone calling Cloughie or Fergie a clown? They even had the red noses. They would have taken it in their stride and laughed it off. It wouldn't even be a news story.

I tell you what is a news story. WE HAVE A EUROPE LEAGUE FINAL in less than 2 hours. Whooooopppeeee !!!!
