I really like the Mondaines but i'm now just about sold on that Seiko SKX007.
Not really into quartz or low end automatics but I like the looks on these:

The automatics here use a Japanese movement, and I know that Orient do make some top quality stuff, may have to get one to see what they are like.
I've currently got this one, which I love:

However, want to get another everyday watch which I'm look to spend around £300 on. Prefer leather strap than metal band
Any ideas?[/QUOTE]
I generally ignore the strap when looking at watches because they are easy to change and even high quality leather straps are cheap.
What kind of watch are you looking for? Dive watch? Chronograph? I really like some of the Citizen Eco-Drive watches, especially the Nighthawk.

Really there's so much variety, you'd need to narrow it down. Do you want the dial to be busy with a lot of things or more streamlined, what colour dial, the size of your wrist (and how big you want it to be on your wrist) etc...
Your current watch looks great btw
Seiko SNK809. Another highly thought of watch, very affordable at around £50. The stock strap is horrible though so it went straight in the bin and I put it on a brown leather strap.

Lovely but we all don't make the ££££ that you do Marky.
