Yeah, somewhere like Dartmouth or Totnes are reasonable commutes. The same with Stoke - Buxton and Ashbourne aren't far.

I think the club would like to manage the players development without sending the entire U21 squad out on loan, the level suggested would throw the whole system out of the window, young players would be forced to play at a level they may not be ready for. We are not Chelsea with a bloated youth set up.
Port Vale isn't a place.
