Abbott and Donley appear good moves on the face of it; get regular first team football to acclimatise to the physical side of men's football, then step up a division. Lankshear, on the face of it, is another wasted year of development sitting on the bench. If he'd had regular first team football last season, in League 1 or 2, this would now appear a good move.

He'd qualify for club trained i think. So a loan to netherlands could be good.
21 now though so time running out to prove himself.
