League Cup Team! I would like to see Edwards on the bench. We need someone who if they come on can actually maybe change something. Not Just Static Janssen and Sissoko.
Really, why would City let him go? I know they dont encourage youth, but if he is THAT good for his age group surely theyd want to keep him....

Always worth about young players acting like this but he is a hell of a prospect
Lack of playing time, lack of belief that there is a route to the first team - we will be offering lower wages and he wants to come here.

Ok. Sancho wouldn't be a starter - he'd start behind Alli, Erikson, Son and Lamela in the AM pecking order. Particularly if we play 3 at the back, and hence only two of them, 5th choice might not even make the bench. The same as Sissoko was last season (but replacing him with someone with ability and who is a threat off the bench).

Not sure what to think of this Aurier fellow and us reportedly having agreed a fee for him. Looks like a really good footballer, mind, and would be perfect on our RB, but if he is as thick as it seems, you know he's bound to do some very stupid brick after he's been here a while that's going ot get negative attention. Is it worth it?
