Honestly, and I'm only partly joking here, there's more contact allowed in netball now than in football.

you put your studs on someone thats a red card for me, however it happens

you can kick someone, trip someone, pull a shirt, plenty of other ways to stop someone, but studs to a knee, achilles, ankle risk serious injury to an opponent, there is never a justification for raising them
