I couldn't stand the gooners on Sky, so found a river with these two. I almost regretted it. McManaman is useless. He's like the average message board idiot with his "insights" into the game.

Excellent tactical change from avb.
I must admit I didn't understand the change-shows what I know!

Moving bale centrally with 25 to go as the game stretches must scare the crap out of the opposition
 
I see my record of wearing the 3rd shirt and not commenting on the OMT until after the game is still 100% ;)
 
Bale is clearly on another level to the rest of the team, but the rest of our players have got to step it up. He shouldn't have to keep doing the strikers jobs for them.
 
That's just a huge show of character by Spurs. Well below our best, might have crumbled after Saudi Sportswashing Machine equalized and began pressing. Instead, we stood strong, battled hard and take three huge points. Very positive outcome, with two weeks gap before the West Ham game. Hopefully Defoe is back in action.

Adebayor just looked like he didn't really give a hoot. Bit of luck for him to help set up the winner by Bale. Thought Holtby looked very promising, shame he couldn't connect on one of his early chances. But if he's getting chances, he'll get goals. Too good not to. Big credit to whatever airline flew Dempsey over. Obviously took good care of him because that was pure guts of him to stick out the full match.
 
A game of 4 quarters-really enjoyed 1st and last quarters. Bit concerned about our sloppy play in midfield but can't fault the determination to get the ball back. Great team performance and a good game from our number 11.
AVB got it right. He is a winner. This is game 26. Last season 2-5 Arsenal.

Takes the tinkle how in the build up they focused on Saudi Sportswashing Machine practically the whole time. At 1 point i thought we were playing away.
