Tottenham Hotspur Stadium - Licence To Stand

I hope that eventually we put in some nice statues. Not heard anything about that but I suppose its early days. Both Wembley and the scum ground were built and then the statues came a year or so later.

Certainly need a bill Nic one. Id like to see a group one with 3-4 players also. I dont like statues to be of modern era players. Its too early to immortalize certain people like that. The Gooner ones come to mind for me on that.

So maybe just a really good bill nic one and then a double one with a few of the players.

That was the the intention under the old scheme (which retained the 4 historic buildings). They were going to position the Bill Nicholson Gates between the White Hart and the Red House along with a statue of Bill Nicholson to re-create the iconic photograph.

"The famous Bill Nicholson Gates will provide a fitting home for a statue of the Club's greatest-ever manager at our planned new stadium."

Don't know what the plan is under the current scheme though.

I like this idea. I hope they go through with it somewhere in the development.

I want to see that security gondola taken down carefully and preserved for future use. My idea is to lash onto the underside of an airship that offers aerial tours over the MegaLane stadium district and greater North London. With an optional bucket of rooster shyte handy to dump out over the sporting wasteland of Islington:
