He twisted his knee and was sat up on the edge of the pitch whilst the physio fiddled with it, and he punched the turf in anger so from that I fully deduce his entire future medical history, which is that it is not fully f*****d as he would be writhing or crying or lying still rather than sitting up and punching the floor, but he did tweak his ligaments and will be out for the next 8 days before returning to the grass.
