I reckon Pleat is the leak. His inability to remember or pronounce names is the source of all the ambiguity, contradictions and bad spelling (as the interpretors aren't sure so try phonetic).

Er.. He's struggled with one injury. You can't write him off based on that. At least not until you've seen how he performs on the pitch post-injury.

Actually, he suffered a thigh injury in a game for the reserves in april after recovering from the knee injury.
He's also had other injuries in his career, including strained ankle ligaments and an ACL injury that kept him out for 6 months.

A transfer might tempt Kaboul, Spurs and buying club. Don't rule it out.
Anzhi want him, are willing to pay him as much as we're offering to Bale, uncertainty around his fitness, year out of football, contract renegotiations coming up.
Hope he return to us and dominate, but it's understanding if all parties have their thoughts about the future.

Kaboul is in the last year of his contract (though I expect we have a +2 option), so something needs to happen this summer either way.

Transfermarkt is quite good on these usually and says June 2014 expiry.
I find several reports that he's in negotiations starting in January last year, but the last one is from May last year where he states himself he has not been in any negotiations.
