Considering all things (age, ability, potential sell-on value, AVB's preferred style of play, etc..) and if Moutinho and Lloris are really coming...

Dembele < Modric
Lloris > Friedel
Moutinho > VDV
Sigg > Gio
Verts > Dawson

we're progressing towards a younger, more mobile, more technical team. and I like it.

Apparently agreed fee for Moutinho (£22m). Dos Santos gone. Lloris still a possibility, apparently Levy messing around a bit

I would tend to agree with you, but its not like we've lost a bunch of proven winners out there the past few seasons. Maybe the newbs can bring a more focused mindset and desire to just win.

I think that Rennes chairman De Saint Gernin is chatting a load of crap, maybe we put in an enquiry yonks ago but it never went beyond that, a DM(ok yes he can pass fairly well) is the last thing we needed.
