We need to luck into someone that is the complete package, someone that cuts thru. They absolutely need good policies to go with it, and they'll have to be bold in that area as well. As tinkering or looking different but still hamstrung by the same old brick will end they same way.
And the changes we need could well be a 10 year path, so it's going to require someone special.
I think many at this point aren't concerned with the party, it's the person we need.
So many ways it could fail though, sadly.
