i have a dog, the missus has 2 cats, at least with my dog I can go for a run in the park, he's a conversation point, he loves going for a drive with the wind blowing thru his ears, what do cats do? My missus has told me if you let one of the cats out (they're indoor cats), we're done.

You know there have been times when.......

That's a term I just really understand. Indoor cats? Who decided that? Cats natural habitat is ouside, chasing birds, mice and insects. Imo keeping a cat inside is cruel. I say you open the door....Then again, when they've been kept inside all their life, they probably lack basic skills and are probably not fit to take care of themselves outside.
