I heard a stat earlier, something like Spurs have only won once against Spanish side in 13 attempts... something along those lines.
Villareal finished 5th last year and are 5th this year, so they must be decent.
Who are their star men apart from the rapist and Foyth and Solomon?

Looking forward to this.
Perhaps putting things a bit too strongly, but this is where the training wheels come off and the season as it really mostly is starts. Two games a week, priorities, coming back from internationals and game after game with limited time on the training ground. Pressure increasing too. It's just the first CL game, but a disappointing result tonight would probably put us under pressure for the rest of the "league" stage.
Think Frank has done really well so far and has put us in a good situation to deal with what's coming. Along with having a squad built over time that imo is looking really good.
Looking forward to see how Frank sets us up. If we see rotation or changes for this particular game. How him and the players deal with the short turnaround.

They are. Unfortunately, we're playing Villareal, who are even better!
