Every coutry does. Because it's hugely difficult to prove. It's an act with only 2 witnesses usually. Emotions involved where a lot of cases the accuser changes their mind and withdraws their statement (greenwood). Also fake accusations.

Agreed but I can’t talk for every country, just what I know here

You're not wrong but then you get a case like Brock Turner, who was literally found in the act of raping a women by two guys, and got 6 months so as not to ruin his swimming career. There's so much wrong with how much society handles rape.
 
I’ll be running late for the game - seems there’s no option on Prime to just start the game late? Either have to watch up-to-date highlights and then go on live, or wait until it’s over before watching the full 90. fudging annoying.

I’ve just checked and you do get the option to watch from the beginning
 
Lads at work were winding me up saying the game is not a sell out.I was amazed as its our first game back in UCL and Franks first champions league tie. Apparently even Sky reported it. Just had a look on the official site and there are loads of seats available. Perhaps being a category A and £90 a time has something to do with it. Looks like the stadium will look half empty
