I think we all recognise that Dier isnt a CB. But Poch doesnt want to play two left footers together at CB and we don't have the cash at the moment to have the appropriate cover for some positions/players - missing decent cover for Alderweireld, Dembele and Kane

To be fair, I don't think you can replace Alderweireld fully in any circumstances. I do think, however, that we should explore options that could possibly do the job a bit better than Dier's managing so far.

Re: Dembele and Kane, agreed, although with Dembele, again, he has a fairly unique skillet that can't really be replaced.
