**OMT. Spurs-Hove Albion**

Really don’t think Poch is to blame here. The whole team is just in a rut, and Hugo’s ridiculous mistake in the second minute immediately digs us ten feet deeper.

If he's lost the dressing room then it is. Its not really clear why the players look like they're not even trying though

Ndombele not being dembele is the root cause in this game, although I know he is a slightly different player.

Dembele would be our go to man from the middle for the full backs and dier to play it to. He would then shield and pivot away from their mad press and play it through the lines to the attacking midfielders in space to run at their defence.

But ndombele is obviously not being told to do that role. Not sure what he’s being told to be honest.
Plus Dier cannot do anything useful with the ball to pick up the slack. Add to that how sloppy Lamela has been and you can get why we are brick.

If we sack him, is pretty easy for him to recover and the media will disassociate him with this decline and just write it off as Tottenham being Tottenham.

Poch will be able to find work after us no problem. He's a very good manager with a strong CV. He might not get the Real job but I'm sure Man U would gamble on him, PSG too. Also well run second tier clubs like Dortmund, etc.

Isn’t that exactly what we’re playing?

Which might will be fair to some extent.
