Lucas Moura

Certainly a decent start, quick and direct. I’m wary of getting over excited though as he wasn’t up against much today, a few of the runs continued due to badly timed or completely missed tackles.

As much as admiring his ability to run with the ball I was also impressed by his workrate and his bravery. He doesn't mind putting his foot in. I think he will quickly become a crowd favourite. Having him in the squad will also allow us to push Son up front when we give Harry a rest and not have to rely on Llorente.

I have to admit I didn't think he would make much of an impact this year, or even be picked to be on the bench much until at least late March or early April, but from what I saw today he should be one of our first attacking options off the bench starting with the very next game.

Lots of good signs, though I did notice he cut in every single time and continued to use his right foot, which limited his options. I wonder if he'd be better coming in from the left?

He looks good, but I will reserve judgment for few games. With no disrespect to Rochdale let see him do it regular in the premier league, against the better players.

Hahaha, I get the point but his performance was a plus and he has alot of history with a good side in Europe.

What we paid is f-all in todays market
You are and were correct. A bright spot for us. The other bright spot being this is the second side we have given a replay to that helps them out for the next couple of years.

Poch prefers his wide men cutting in. Using his right foot wont be a problem as long as he makes the right passes. The fact he was used today on both the right and left just makes him very useful to us.

He actually has quite a leap on him. He's not the biggest guy, but he gets a fair amount of air time.
