And given the BBC's ongoing penchant for displaying a big, shiny, know-fcuk-all-about-Spurs track record, I'd hardly expect much more to have happened.
 
How long can talk be ongoing and still be considered as "opened"? According to the press, the talks have been opened up for one and half month now.:rolleyes:

Love it, life should be like this more. Go into carpet right this afternoon and would love it if the sales assistant said no deals here just pay the price or fcuk off, we need more straight talking.
Carpet right want to sell though so it's in their interest to cut a deal.
We don't so we have the right to name figure and stick to it.

haha agree! i work in sales and i just wish people would say. no too expensive, no cant be arsed to change anything, bore off with your sales talk i dont want to know.

rather than lead you on for weeks and not being upfront with you to begin with
