We shouldn't analyse every goal as being a negative from us though. That was a really good early strike from Cherki. If Dragusin had dived in it would have been slated for that if Cherki had gone round him and squared it.

When there's a mistake, fair enough, but sometimes we need to acknowledge the world class forwards we face every week.

Been saying for quite a while now that a tweak to our buildup with a 4-2-3-1 system would be to have him drop into the back line in buildup where he looks more comfortable, allowing Gray/whoever to be in that receiving the ball in midfield role and allowing the full backs to move a bit higher and/or invert a bit.

Against someone that presses really high and aggressive it probably wouldn't make much of a difference as he'd still be very much under pressure if he receives it, but in most other phases I think that could be a good tweak, getting more players in situations where they can succeed.

That is what Poch did with Dier.
