Igor the Interim

Got to go for me. Starting line up wasn’t bad for me. Formation was fudging atrocious. Porro RCB?!? Archie RWB?!?

I wanted him to do well but he’s incompetent. Has to go. We got dingdonged by a Crystal Palace in disarray at home. After losing to Fulham and Woolwich. This fella is probably a decent manager but he’s the wrong call here.

Tonight was the easiest game we have left and we lost comprehensively. He’s got to go.

So the 3 brain dead passages of play that cost us 3 goals are on him ??
Not the players for the 5.6m'th time in two years
They are clams

We were a mess v Woolwich.

We were worse against Fulham.

We deservedly lost 3-1 at home to a side just above us and whose manager is gone at the end of the season. It was the easiest game we have left.

There has been absolutely no progress. In fact, we’ve looked even worse than we did under Frank.

I can’t make a case to keep him. It’s knee jerk, it’s batbrick crazy…it’s our only chance of staying up.

Can anyone tell me, what you’ve seen in the last 3 games that’d make you want to keep Tudor at this point?

I get it’s 3 games but we only have 9 left. Surely, to keep him, you have to have seen something in the 3 games that’d give you hope.

We needed to win today and we were not set up to do that from the outset - letting Palace control the game and sitting back in our own half. Does he even understand the situation we're in?
He is a master of saving teams. Again. If he stays for next 9 games. This will be the team he sends down for a first.

Nothing whatsoever, the dead cat hasn't bounced even a little bit.

The only hope left is that old Work Permit is the brains of the operation and might get into the country at some point.

Hoddle saying he would take the job.

The formation today was baffling
I was in shock. When I saw the team, I thought “great, back 4, Archie and Sarr in midfield”. Porro RCB?!? It’s mind boggling. Plays to all his weaknesses and negates his strengths. Archie RWB?!? Is Tudor on commission for every fudging position he plays Archie in?

I still cannot understand the thought process.

As mentioned above the 12-minute collective brain fart before half-time isn't on him and you could conclude that having got 1-0 ahead we could well have expected to manage the game and win from there bar individual mistakes...but...

That first 35 minutes was appalling - both teams were abysmal. We saw absolutely no patterns of play and rather in keeping with the past two performances the in-possession tactic seems little more than hoof it forwards and hope something sticks/someone does something brilliant. That's where our goal comes from - initially Tel picked up scraps, shot and won a corner and then from that resulting corner Gray does something brilliant to create a goal from nothing. Our only half chance in the second half was Solanke making something happen from nothing and drawing a save.

We've had decent run-in times to each game - its not as if we've been travelling to europe getting home late and then playing again 48 hours later. It feels that Tudor is gaslighting us just as Frank did into thinking this (albeit limited) squad doesn't have the ability to build possession, create some patterns of play, try to play through or around teams.

I wasn't expecting him to come in and deliver push and run but fudge me this is appalling to watch and the results match the performances. The formations are baffling and just seem to expose too many players weaknesses rather than getting the best out of them.

The only question is can we get? It was a stupid decision appointing him.
With the state of the squad playing a back 3 is ridiculous, we don't have the players for it. Again we have a manager that doesn't want to play players in their correct positions, it's fudging mental.

I really have absolutely no idea. None that I have a reasonable degree of confidence in. I just don’t believe one iota in Tudor at this point.
