Purely going by the number of people who wax lyrical about him; David Moyse. Surely for a british manger this talented he has won loads....?
 
Bob Paisley (6 Leagues, 3 League Cups = 9), Brian Clough (2 Leagues, 4 League Cups = 6) and Bill Nicholson (1 League, 3 FA Cups, 2 League Cups = 6) are all correct.

Wasn't he rather good at drugging his players ?

Hadn't heard that rumour before. I just did a bit of research and found articles suggesting that Knighton, who was manager before Chapman, took legal drugs with him team. The results seemed inconclusive as the side drew games but the article describes the pills as being 'little white pills' and that they were legal drugs and permitted in football at the time.

The taking of these drugs apparently led to players feeling a surge of energy but, as with most supplements, there were side effects. These side effects included insatiable thirst and sore throats.
