ENIC

top revenue but poor profitability - until we pay off the banks we will continue to struggle and worse if more money comes in for other clubs like villa. Enic has to invest and/or sell to keep spurs competitive

If we can match Liverpool and Chelsea then hopefully we can finish 5th or 10th

You'd really have to take a deep look at our numbers before that statement re profitability.

A lot of the "loss" is year over year depreciation on a huge asset (Stadium), helps with our taxes.

Think the main short-term issue the club has is cash flow

Lots of cash is going out on the Printworks student flats build at the moment too

What and where?

This at 807 High Road: https://mcaleer-rushe.co.uk/db_projects/the-printworks-807/

It's been in construction for a while - this photo was from late January

And you’re saying that’s being built by the club?
Doesn’t look a big project
Don’t think the club can do will be funding it
Will be done via development finance
Yeah, its a £46m project. And is the smallest of the three developments we are doing.

We're pretty maxed out on our credit/cashflow, so its just extra pressure on those at potentially the worst time (they will obviously pay back when they are sold further down the line, Haringey council have already committed to taking on the blocks of flats)
