Yep
Couldn’t score a goal for first 4 games and they were saying emery should go
Then rogers had the best 3 months of his career and they were on a title charge (won 12 on the spin IIRC).

Until midway. I believe since Jan they have only taken 13 points but I haven’t checked that

Injuries, caught up with a think squad. We know what that feels like. But they did manage to keep a semblance of their core fit for most of the season
With a £30 mil net spend

Oh really?

Why didn't he 'listen to the boo-boys" when we flopped against Arsenal and then lose to a team in the Europa league who had their coach in prison for the match but instead only "listen to the boo-boys" a few days before a cup final?

Why was Levy all of sudden "swayed by the boo-boys" just before a cup final rather than many weeks prior when there would have been countless reasons to do so?
You're going to question yourself to death.

Not at all, I would have kept him for the final. But go back to the relevant thread and you'll see months of people saying he's got to go, Levy listened, sacked him, and then everyone complained about the timing. If it weren't for the boo boys, I don't think he would have been sacked.
Oh give over….yes people wanted Mourinho out well before the final but when we actually ended up there nobody wanted him out, it was another Levy decision that put finances above potential glory.

He was suddenly swayed because Jose wanted to rest our entire first team for the game against Southampton 4 days before the cup final to give us the best possible chance of winning a trophy. Levy was of course more interested in the 2% chance we had of a 4th place finish and CL football so sacked Jose and appointed a patsy in Mason who would do as he was told and play the first team in midweek and thus severely reduce our chance of winning by a cup.

And not forgetting the £5m loan fee we paid PSG on top of that 💸

For £13m we could’ve instead signed Kroupi Jr, whom Bournemouth are paying £20k per week in addition to the £12m transfer fee.
No we couldn’t
He was sold to Bournemouth by a club owned by the owner of Bournemouth
It was a rigged deal
