Allegedly a Benz, probably a fast one. He's lucky he didn't hurt anyone else. He's gotten a "get out of jail free" card and hopefully he'll learn his lesson from it, unless it was actually some legit accident where it wasn't his fault (although I don't see that being the case).

The reality is, you're not a very good driver when you start driving. It takes time to develop and have greater control. If you're in a Citron 2CV you have 10 times more time to find the break pedal than accelerating in an AMG Merc.
