No wonder Bellingham slapped this taco Barco later on, if someone did that to Romero the red mist would undoubtedly lead to him going 2 footed on the perpetrator!!

You have to separate the Argentina Romero and the Tottenham one. For Argentina he is one of the best in the world. For Spurs, he is just above average compared to other PL defenders and is guaranteed to miss good parts of the season with either an injury or suspensions.

Yeah. If you didn't like that then it's consistent to not like his behaviour yesterday.
Otherwise it's simply a case of saying you don't like being on the receiving end of something that wouldn't bother you elsewhere.

I think Ange's comment about Spurs could also be applied to Romero for quite a few folk.
