Huge miss. We always look a much worse team without Eriksen and with Dembele and Alli out as well as Wanyama we really are down to the bare bones. Looks like we are going to struggle to complete a 7 man bench without including a few of the youngsters. I suspect Tashan Oakley-Booth will be included and perhaps 1 other young midfielder. Will be interesting to see if Kane drops back into a 3 behind Llorente (with Son and Sissoko) and Winks alongside Dier shielding a back 4

I'd go with Kane and Llorente with the players we have available now. We don't have too much creativity so we might need to get the ball out wide and get crosses in towards Kane and Llorente. Maybe stick Trippier on the right wing, Son on the left and Dier and Winks centrally. 4 at the back.

So? 4-2-3-1? Lloris; Aurier, Sanchez, Alderweireld, Davies; Dier, Winks; Sissoko, Kane, Son; Llorente? Still good, but no room for error.
 
Damn, that is not good news. Is this why he was taken off versus Spam, a bit of illness starting?

He and Kane are our best 2 players.

KWP has been training with the first team squad for a year now, and this summer was properly promoted as a first team member. Edwards is nowhere near the first team squad.
