Champions League 24/25

I think that's fair to say for sure...but given the youth and energy of our squad when fit, and how much better it will be with a few experienced additions, our choice of manager is vital!

I happily admit that I had no belief in Enrique. But to my defense, his record wasn't anything to boost about. But he's really built an incredible TEAM! Out with all the primadonnas, in with incredible players that work tierless for the TEAM.
Choosing a manager is a total lottery in my opinion. In retrospect it’s easy to see that Enrique and PSG were a perfect fit. But Enrique/Spurs may not have been.

Interesting in
Same here. Sometimes you can see the connection before it happens, like Mourinho and Chelsea, Klopp and Liverpool. I actually wanted Poch for a couple of months before he joined us. It’s one reason why I’m not pushed about changing now, I don’t see our perfect fit out there.
Poch was our perfect fit. He may not be now but he was for sometime. Its why I love the bloke.

3 of their 5 goals scored by teenagers!

I think a couple of them would benefit from a season on loan at a Championship club.

PSG have the fearsome prospect of facing us in the Super League Final now so that will sober their mood a bit.

I don’t know if you noticed it, but there was a moment when the fifth goal hit the back of the net; the camera caught Enrique, mid-jump into the air, as he suddenly realised that he’d be facing Tottenham in August.

His eyes were full of fear.

Celebrations goes tits up as per usual in Paris, 490 people arrested (according to Norwegian media) and two people killed. For winning the Champions League. Jesus. France has got some serious issues.

The scale of unrest during these ‘celebrations’ is staggering. I suspect English teams would be reminded of their 1980s European ‘break’ quite quickly by UEFA if this happened over here.

Enrique must be petrified at the prospect of watching Dembele chasing shadows when he attempts to press Vicario and our back line as they perfectly execute yet another intricate series of tiki-taka passes which slice through PSG like a hot knife through butter
