Amazing, so everyone on my WhatsApp group whose been slagging off Ange for the last 6 months, giving him all sorts of stick and praying he gets sacked, now all of a sudden think it’s out of order and Levy’s a C!

Guess that’s the same fir this fan base in general ?

Would have been hilarious to have a poll before the last Glimt game and then now.

Fans are fudging fickle, and the fact that a certain segment of our fanbase think our chairman is some kind of cartoon/pantomime villain means the reaction is all too predictable.

It’s literally any excuse to have a pop at Levy at this point, doesn’t matter how hypocritical it is.

I didn't like the way Ange bristled at the suggestion his role was in jeopardy, the "why am I even being asked about my future?" comments. If he couldn't see that our "unacceptable" (his word) league position was reason to question him, it meant he is out of touch. His arrogance and self-belief drove him to win us a trophy, but it's also what got him sacked.

I’m wary of pinning our hopes on Paratici. There’s more than a hint of a cowboy about him. He got banned for a reason.

His shooting and player selection has been pretty decent to be fair to him. The only chink in his armour was the supposed gattuso link

He hasn't shown that he can't has he? Which is more than what can be said for Ange and yet you're not using that against him. Hmmmm
So Anges past 66 league games have been poor, a whole season of European football and ridiculous injuries to contend with included. So let's go with the guy with a much better record for the past 65 games and no experience of Europe or winning anything yeah :D

Its going to take a day or two to sink in that we have just dismissed the first manager to win a European trophy for us in 41 years.

I've been staunchly pro Ange throughout this period and while I appreciate there's two ways of viewing his tenure, I can't help thinking he had earned the right to bring some new players in and go again in 25/26.

All that being said the merry-go-round has spun up again and, if we should be grateful for anything, it's that this time Levy has the sense to leave the guy who got us to the final in charge for the final.

Cullen, Mason, Ange, Munn more than likely, it's going to look a lot different at Spurs next season.

Thomas Frank by this time tomorrow it appears.

Yeah, plenty of people have been wanting him sacked throughout the season. Now we should keep him.

People just like to moan.

If we kept him and we started badly next season, they would be saying we should have sacked him in the summer.

If you look at it like that we would never have got Poch. I'm pro Ange but Thomas Frank if he indeed is to be the next coach should not be judged on how well he's done at Brentford with adding the context that he's raised Brentford's ceiling way, way above where they should be, and likely will return to once he departs.

Poch was at Soton for a season and a half finishing 14th then 8th. Not having them 18th over the course of practically two seasons - there's a bit of a difference there....
