So the only thing that was in any question was whether Khumalo would make the squad ahead of Ceballos, but I guess Ceballos is our 5th AM (for 3 positions), whereas Khumalo would have been our 6th CB for (2 positions)

I'd keep Soldado and not Dembele, but yes - I agree.

Friedel, Ceballos and Khumalo are all out of contract and should be released. Holtby is half out the door, but Ade, Paulinho, Capoue, Chiriches and Kaboul will take some effort to shift.

- Davies, Dier, Yedlin, Archer become overage (Dier and Yedlin will be O/S not H/G)
- Fredericks, Carroll and Pritchard already are overage
- Bentlaeb and Veljkovic stay U21

Why?.... Dembele has been playing well in the midfield recently for Pochettino, whereas Soldado has given over a year and a half of dirge. Other than the fact that nobody would want Soldado off of us) why would you want to retain him?.... Are you a beetling man who lumps on 0-0 draws and want us to have a better chance of us not scoring?

We could shift all of the others as well, Levy would just have to be realistic with the prices (and therein lies the problem!)

Dier is 21 now but wasn't on 1 Jan 2015 so will still qualify as U21 next season.

Davies, Kane and Yedlin will need to be registered next season.

Pritchard, Archer and Miles are also currently in their last seasons as U21s.
