4231. Surprised Valencia starts after his nightmare game. Blind at left back. Its a decent team for them with hardly anyone out of position.
 
Agree with the XI. Interesting that 3 of those subs I wouldn't expect to be here next season (Chiriches, Paulinho, Adebayor).
 
Glad Paulinho Chiriches and Adebayor involved. Fazio (to a lesser extent tbf), Stambouli and Soldado haven't set the world alight so it's good to see if you put the work in Monday to Friday you can still get involved. None of that avb banished nonsense. And fair play to the 3 of them for sticking at it.

Assuming your logic is correct than its a great call by Poch. Personally I would prefer others but he sees the training and he knows best
 
I suppose Ade coming on and not trying* has about the same output as Soldado, so that's not a massive surprise. No Fazio though, for when Utd go for the hoof to Fellaini, is more surprising.




*I think if he comes on, he will try, but whether he'll play any good remains to be seen. Unless Harry gets a knock, he probably won't be involved.

Since that will be our prayer till the end of the season, I guess that saying it now coincides with Adebayor's inclusion. Would you honestly bet one cent on a goal from Soldado if he had been chosen and brought on during the game?

Van Gaal is going to attack the space behind the wing backs today, and fellaini will be testing dier and Vert's. Good match to evaluate the much discussed weaknesses in our defence.

I don't think it's the battle of the midfield today. I think it all hangs on how well our defence performs today.
 
Soldado must be carrying a knock otherwise he has the ability to come off the bench and nick a goal, although he hasn't done so often for us.
I would have preferred Dembele, as he tracks and works harder defensively than Bentaleb. I don't like him playing AM he doesn't affect games offensively.
