Mauricio Pochettino - Sacked

whilst I had hoped that MOPO (or mofo...when we lose) could get more out of our current squad I do realise that its unfair to judge the man until he has had time to mold his squad in his own image. That incorporates more than one transfer window though as I have said I think this summer will see the revolving door in full swing.

either way I would prefer we just stick with a manager and give him time now.....thats not to say I fully believe in him and I have not noticed mistakes he has made thus far.

I dont think I could take the dawn of yet another project.....
 
LVG said he other day he needs 3 years to get Man UTD back where they were. That's a manager with a lot more experience than Poch, managing a club with a lot more cash.

If LVG thinks he is going to spend 200M a transfer window and get 3 years, not only does he not know what he is doing, he has no idea of modern football either.

Poch needs to up his game, if something doesn't change for him soon, Levy will pull the trigger.

Today is going to be very interesting, a 3-0 or worse defeat to Stoke at home = ?

He does. No-one can come in with a magic wand and make this all better. It's gonna take time and if we are gonna sack a coach after a handful of games with a bloated squad like this then we won't find anyone good enough.
 
I saw the camera linger on Levy and though he might be a hard man to read, I thought I saw a look there.

Could I be reading to much into it? quite possible.

But me thinks the clock is starting to tick now.

Think my blame lays at the players and who ever has recruited them. I would leave Poch where he is but this is a team that looked quite decent last season under Sherwood and now we look like relegation fodder.
 
We look no better this year against Stoke than we did last year at their place under Sherwood. In fact I distinctly remember thinking about how lucky we were to come away with the points in that game.
 
He starts fazio over vertonghen. Fazio looks hopeless - absolutely disgusting performance rby him. Shocking decision to start this guy. I don't get it unless there was an injury

At least under sherwood we were winning games bar the top 5. I didn't like him but he was treated disgustingly by spurs fans.
 
Clueless from Poch today. Time to test Dier/Vertongen for CB. Capoue/Mason not good enough either Stoke totally dominated the midfield.
 
I think he's lost some of the players already.
Whats happening with Vertonghen and Eriksen?

I'd give him the rest of the season and thats it.

- Capoue/Mason not working
- Fazio/Kaboul not working
- Kane alone up front? really, we can't play 2 up against Stoke at WHL?
- Bring on Ade and he plays ****?
- We can't defend against a long ball
- Out passed by Stoke

What's new here, what that every Spurs fans on the planet couldn't have told you pre game?

What has Poch learned at all since taking over?
