look at Rooney as well.....'injured' for Utd's games but takes part on full training for England. out of order imo

Sure, but if he's not been training fully for nearly a month then i don't think i'd want to risk him either way.


You say the first couple of games could be decisive, however in my mind him exacerbating his foot injury and being out for a month or so would be a far worse occurrence.

I think some people expect to see wheelchairs and plaster casts whenever the word injured is mentioned.

I'm sure AVB said that Bale had been doing some one to one training over the past couple of weeks. Either way that statement from Ancelotti to me is another sign that Madrid have definitely gone cold on the deal after the words of Perez a few days ago. Not going to kid myself it's over till the end of the transfer window but these are pretty big turnarounds from what was being stated before.

The only good these kind of comments could do would be for them to put pressure on Bale to act out as a last ditch attempt to force through the transfer but i just can't see him doing it.

To be fair that was an open training session to the media.. Spurs are not exactly going to let the media past the front doorstep at the moment..
