FFS! 90 minutes of aggravation as that clam lets them foul us off the park and yellow cards our players for breathing ..
Note that Bergvall has been poor when we are out of possession; he leaves gaps and can be bypassed too easily.
That is the kind of thing a Top Top Top manager hates, he will definitely prioritise Gallagher IMO and utilise Gallagher very differently to how he would utilise someone like Xavi of course. They might be starting as #10 on paper but Gallagher will be there to chase and press and fill in gaps and be wise and not allow any easy outballs. He won't be there to be a creative force.
Can see both sides settling for a draw tbh.
Agree that that will be the defence and the lack of pace and high line we will probably play is concerning.Team I think RDZ picks on the assumption that Porro and van de Ven will not be ready.

If it was me picking the team and based on the same assumption around Porro and vdV I’d pick Bergvall over Gallagher and play with two #8s.
Savinho and Gakpo for them2-2 Tel & Gallas with our goals.
Pegging feels a bit x-rated for a pre-watershed kick offCan kudus play at #10 and tel #9 ? Lots of chaos and mobility up front that would peg the defenders pegged back

I wouldn't read much into our first choice defenders not playing in pre-season, i think they are all good to go behind closed doors. I think Kudus might feature from the bench too.
Kudus' injury was much less worse. It was muscular compared to ligament. He'll get back to his previous level, Maddison is unlikely ever toI doubt Kudus will be ready. Maddison looked way off the pace last week and Kudus is even further behind in recovery
I'm talking match fitness not getting back to their previous best.Kudus' injury was much less worse. It was muscular compared to ligament. He'll get back to his previous level, Maddison is unlikely ever to
The Drama queen tag under your name suits you perfectly.Am I the only one that we again start the season with the same problems that we ended last season? When the back line has more goals than your strikers… you need? Fck sake, I was getting my hopes up again in the start of the summer, and again we show that we cant push the signings we need before the start.
Yea, I got it becouse I said Solanke would not get us the goals and no way could he be the managers first pick… Im proud of it… and Im not all negativt.. some years ago I said after a U20 game that the team was brick, nobody exept one guy would make it and his name was Harry Kane. The Drama queen tag under your name suits you perfectly.
Yeah, but if Kudus has done decent training ground work, he will be pretty sharp. Whereas Maddison will be adjusting to cope with his lost agility and pace for quite a long timeI'm talking match fitness not getting back to their previous best.
