If it was me picking the team and based on the same assumption around Porro and vdV I’d pick Bergvall over Gallagher and play with two #8s.

Note that Bergvall has been poor when we are out of possession; he leaves gaps and can be bypassed too easily.

That is the kind of thing a Top Top Top manager hates, he will definitely prioritise Gallagher IMO and utilise Gallagher very differently to how he would utilise someone like Xavi of course. They might be starting as #10 on paper but Gallagher will be there to chase and press and fill in gaps and be wise and not allow any easy outballs. He won't be there to be a creative force.

Can see both sides settling for a draw tbh.

Depends, think Bervall potentially gives you more going forward and with the ball.

With our lack of quality up front, it's a trade off to make.

Agree that that will be the defence and the lack of pace and high line we will probably play is concerning.
