I’m getting the word….. NoAre we actually going to fudging sign someone?
cheap backup like wernerWhy the f would Spurs try and sign Sterling?? If this is right… ambision and what we do is two things that aint the same! Transfers look like a Club that hopes to be top 10-13 and we are talking about winning things
Are we actually going to fudging sign someone?

So our 'transfer strategy' is just signing everybody from Wet Spam, bar for their only quality player? What about doing this the other way round: they keep their players and we give them Frank?Seems like its Elisha Sowunmi. Our new versatile wing forward

We can always say we tried try to sign a player we have zero chance of actually signing, such a small time comment

I can save you time thinking mate, it's all BSSets us up for a fall in the summer because logic dictates that money is there to be spent and there is longer to identify and work on a good target. If they ain't spending 80m+ on one player in summer to game change this squad then its just more BS
I thought he signed a new contract very early doors, with the City release clause?I know we had conversations with Bournemouth re: Semenyo in the summer and the player was happy to join us but we baulked at Bournemouth's £70m price tag.
I doubt they'll still be here come the summer, so they can pretend promise all they wantSets us up for a fall in the summer because logic dictates that money is there to be spent and there is longer to identify and work on a good target. The crazy thing is we could have tried to buy him 2 years ago for probably 35m. I have no idea why we wait so long for a player to become a proven quantity by which point they have better suitors than ourselves.I know we had conversations with Bournemouth re: Semenyo in the summer and the player was happy to join us but we baulked at Bournemouth's £70m price tag.
