I did laugh at Simon Jordan earlier in the week for being totally classless and saying that what goes around comes around and this may be karma for how he treated Saudi Sportswashing Machine.

Awful thing to say but, given my hatred for Liverpool, a small part of me agreed.

I can't honestly remember any Spurs player breaking someone's leg or causing a serious injury since I started following us back in '58.
I'm possibly mistaken and I'm sure someone will recall a case.

Was Gomes wasn’t it?

Everton fans hated him for it. Personally, and I love Sonny, but he deliberately went after Gomes that day IMO because they’d had a clash right before it. Of course, he never meant to injure him seriously but I thought Sonny got away lightly on that one.
