Tottenham Hotspur Stadium - Licence To Stand

Molson Coors is a downgrade if you ask me. I assume that means no more Beavertown as they are Heineken owned and Heineken were the old partner.
Eesh, that would definitely be a downgrade. That said, none of the drinks mentioned in that press release compete directly with Beavertown's core products, so it's possible that the onsite brewery will get to continue doing its thing.

Legitimises their brand on a global stage, for Saudi thats their main aim for all this IMO. They are 30/40 years behind other nations in terms of brands on a global stage because of their relative new money, so all this brings them into the world. This would be as much about them using the partnership to pearooster on a global scale about the association and increasing their customer base at a higher level than anything else IMO.

Saudi Tourism Board would make more sense for them particularly with the world cup coming up.

Coors buy it from Heineken as a wholesaler to sell on. Coots and Heineken work together in the US and Ireland as distributors too.

So it might be that Beavertown products may still be available at the stadium (well I hope that’s the case). In the products listed in the press release there doesn’t seem to be any mention of any IPA/‘Craft’ beers, which would be a strange thing to not offer now.

One of the (many) things I loved about the new stadium was that they have proper beer. Would be hugely disappointing if Beavertown beers are ditched.

Yeah, no mention of Blue Moon which, while pretty different to Neck Oil, competes in the same space. Of the big "brewers", I think Coors has the least presence in the craft IPA market and (as you say) have been known to work with Heineken so it may well be a good fit. Either that or they'll replace everything with bloody Doom Bar.

Really hope not Doom Bar!

I think it could have an impact on sales, I'd certainly consider having 1 more in places like the Beehive or Two Brewers rather than having a pint or 2 in the ground before/after the game.

It's all rumours and nonsense and we keep getting podcast after podcast and youtuber after youtuber making videos talking about the possibility of us coming into some mad amount of money that will take us to the next level. Like always it gets fans talking, gets them excited to then find out its just a Stadium sponsorship that although is financially beneficial, its not going to be substantial enough to make much impact on player recruitment. This will then lead to the toxic part of the fan base kicking off and crying and chanting LEVY OUT! all over again.

On the other hand we could have investment from a Qatar sugar daddy and all could be wonderful but until something is announced we all seem to be getting our hopes up just because some taco on the internet put the thought in everyone's head.

Beavertown has already publicly responded and said their offerings will still be in stadium

Quoting myself ... what does that say
