*** OMT Tottenham Hotspur v Sheffield Utd ***

Got no proof but I said at 74min we are winning this. The team work was amazing, yea we missed the final but the way the team worked was great. Loved the look of Johnson, wish he had been onside.
How is Bentancur going to get a start the way Biss and sarr is playing?
I think Arsenal and Liverpool needs to play another way against us and we will play our way! Love it!
When we went 0-1 down, Simon Thomas (chap who's replaced Jeff Stelling) taunted Sherwood that Spurs heads would surely go down now. But credit to Timmeh he said, no way mate, quite the opposite, the way Spurs have reacted so positively they're definitely getting back into this.

Stating the obvious I know but those 2 minutes were the difference between our players walking off buzzing and with heads held high rather than walking off with heads down and feeling dejected. (And possibly being booed). That is going to be so instrumental going into next weeks game.
It's the kind of spirit and keep going until the end mentality we had under early Poch. Good to see.

I know they’re newly promoted and will fight for all the points they can get but fudge me what a two bob brickhouse outfit they were today.

Ref had zero control of the game and let them do as they pleased.

fudge em and up the Spurs, great win, great attitude, great vibes.

They have been like it for a while now. Basham twice before has put in leg breakers, sure he has been sent off. Even under Conte they kicked 7 bells out of us.

Proper cynical,

I feel exhausted! There’s just nothing like the emotional hit of a comeback like that.
When your there
When your literally part of the game
The physically investment is draining
It’s all part of the collective as seen at the end when we sang free from desire and angels
It’s very different for fans watching in tele (I know I feel different for sure) because you can’t impact the game
You can be more “critical” watching on tv
But you can’t beat the feeling of being there when it happens. My hip hurts and so does by shoulder form going mad for that winner

They were never getting booed iMO
Every one near me in the south was really happy that we were just keeping on going
We when all seen it before but no one’s heads dropped
That says a lot to fans

Glad that wasnt just us then. They began timewasting after 17 minutes.

I have no idea who the ref (loose term) was, at one point I began to wonder if it was somebody who had won a competition and 1st prize was to officiate at a PL game, because he appeared to have no idea of the rules at times. Absoulute rank amatuer display.

The result, me and Mrs PW will take some credit for that we left at 94:00 and said to the bloke near us, "We're getting off, we'll probably get two late goals now..."

Dont mind taking two for the team. Would rather Spurs win and us miss the goals than have stayed till the end and seen it finish 0-1.

Oh and yes, justice was done. Note to Sheffield United. If you had not p#ssed around for the majority of the 2nd half there would not have been 12 mins added time. Probably the only thing the officials got right all day.

Hope the VAR official enjoyed his day off too, because he clearly wasn't at the game either....

We did “ An Arsenal” today. Turned it tound with two goals in injury time!! About time we had that sort of good fortune.
In previous years I would be hoping that maybe we could make a comeback in situations like this. This year, I know we will make a comeback. I know it's after the fact, but I didn't doubt we would, at a minimum, equalize.

hes talking out of his feckingbottom...:D
he said the ref was dictating how shef utd were playing because of their time wasting, hang on, if they are time wasting the game of football is not being played!!!! is it?

I don’t mind teams time wasting, stopping the opposition is as valid a way of playing as anything you do with the ball.

They did a good job for 90 mins, the new laws on added on time are clear.

They bottled it in injury time and only have themselves to blame, left Richi unmarked from a corner and tried to play out too cleverly before we got the winner.

As bad as the ref was, and he was diabolical, it was our fault we got to 90 mins 1-0 down, and their fault they didn’t see it out.

Back from the game, so frustrating to so great.

Ref was diabolical, genuinely the first time I have ever felt like I was watching match fixing, the non penalty, the keeper handling ball outside area, the constant fouling and constant breaking up of play, the giving them the ball when a second ball was in play from our corner, their keeper clearly saved a shot from Solomon, goal kick, the shot Vicario saved from a cross that was clearly out, on and fudging on. SU with the flimflam (at least 3 times) a player going down, getting medical treatment then being subbed so they don't serve the 90 seconds off the pitch (this needs to be looked at)

Team played it's ass off for the full 105+ minutes, game probably should have been killed off early but circumstances didn't help.

The subs contributed and importantly the subs are so different (Solomon vs. Perisic, Son vs. Richi, normally I'd expect Deki vs. Johnson), the balls to take off VDV.

Notable mentions, Vicario is getting better, claiming the ball, quick distribution, great save. Bissouma & Maddison again, VDV, fudging ridiculous double tackle at one point to recover, Solomon definitely has a part to play in the squad.

Atmosphere was amazing, quick fudge you to the asshat in the row behind me bitching about "angeball" and "where was it" for good part of second half, this is why people think Spurs fans are fickle
