how much could a 30 yr old Kaka be worth really?? Shouldn't be more than 15m IMO.

would selling Modric give us the inside track?

also if we did sign Kaka (highly unlikely) would that signal the end of VDV? Surely Sigg, VDV, Kaka would be 1 too many ACMs.

Can't see Levy going for a player with not much sell on value, on huge wages, and above 15m transfer fee.

would sell a lot of shirts though...

Wouldnt touch Kaka with a barge pole. Far too risky, too expensive and would want a starting position guaranteed. No thanks

- He isnt a like for like replcaement for modders as a CM in the PL
- We have two attacking midfielders already in rafa and Gylfi and have Bale and Lennon out wide
- his wages would make him by far and away the highest paid player in the club @ say £150k per week
- he's had a very quiet couple years - does he still have the motivation to play at the highest level?
- there is no guarantee he'd succeed in the PL as he's never played here before
- Real would presumably want a fee of say £10m or so
- he would want a guaranteed starting spot given what he's achieved

Just way way too risky and not what we need at all

I wish I supported a club where we could turn our nose up at a player like Kaka.....
